Customize Flash Template

My client needs a Flash website template customized with his company information. The template can be viewed here: [login to view URL] Required: 1. Company info. needs to be added. 2. Change/add images. 3. change the color of the on/off music button so it is more noticeable. 4. add a volume button. 5. Change music clip so it is less repetitive and a seamless loop instead of it stopping then starting. 6. Add a banner/header of rotating images to the top of each page. One of the images must be a view of nyc skyline with building lights flickering. (these images may be supplied). 7. One of the pages will be a picture gallery. Navigation links must be added to bottom of each page. 9. 1 extra contact form with multiple fields, check boxes, radio buttons, etc. Exact specs will be provided. These are the majority of the changes required. There may be other small changes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This Flash website should be viewable on all browsers.
