design of 3 flash websites

I need to have 3 flash templates designed 1 for the home products industry 1 for the automotive industry 1 for the fashion industry the templates will each have 5 sections (pages) the templates will be put onto CD - Roms like presentations they will have a short 7 second intro. I need a top level graphic designer and flash designer to make them look very professional they will be used in presentations to major magazines and clients like Home Depot the intro will need to have some excitment to it and the flash needs to compare to the really good templates available at [login to view URL] the templates will need to be set up to autorun on a CD and have a fixed window size when they open on the computer ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
