Also I have changed the size to a medium business project PHP mysql I would prefer a SMARTY template, but its not essensial, just let me know in your bid. I require a neat coder that does not cut corners I am a developer myself but have run out of time to complete some projects. I expect a high standard. don't apply unless you have feedback and can supply a portfolio with ***finished*** projects. the site that needs doing displays investment properties and articles and also tracks users requests. **BACKEND **4 launguages to enter properties. Also another page for articles to be entered in the database Another page for contacting the user once they send in a request for information I want the backend page to have a standard answer section to be a one click process which populates a text box So that is can be emailed to the user depending on what they asked, its not an autoresponder but a templated email so its not retyped each time. ***FRONTEND ***Display the properties on the property pages (multiple pages) this will need to be resorted depending on search option eg State, price, etc.. Articles page that has a list of article and a summary of the article plus a more link to take you to the full article Request more information page, a form to be fill out which is collected in the database, this has Name, email, phone. Etc. Plus the usual pages like privacy, about us, contact us, The home pages will have a summary of properties and articles ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
