Email Interface for Website

I need a program that will do the following: A webpage for "Vote my comicstrip into your newspaper "with boxes like "Click to send email to editor of LA Times" , etc. I will give you three different newspapers for three boxes . If a person clicks on a box, then a box similar to would pop up, already addressed to the newspaper editor or SF editor with Name and email It will tell them that once they fill this out, click to see the sample email that will be sent. Then it will show person the same letter they are about to send "Hi, my name is [ ], and my email [ ]. I am a reader of the [LA Times (this should be automatic)] And I wish to see "comic strip" in the newspaper, after seeing it online. Thank you. If wish to send, click yes, if not, click no. The big question is, is there a way for this email to be sent from the user's email, instead of multiple emails from my email? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
