Php/mySQL/html expert wanted to re-wamp the existing web

I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following skills: 1. php/mySQL 2. html/css 3. Smarty 3. Photoshop is a bonus There are two areas of work in this project: 1. Application of new html/psd design to the existing membership web site/web shop I will provide html template and psd files. Winning bidder will have to apply the provided (html/css/psd files) to the existing membership/web shop web site which is based on Smarty template/php/MySql. Adding new functionality to the existing web shop Each item in the existing web shop will get additional checkbox, paying members will have the ability to download limited amount of items each month for as long as they are paying members. Shortlisted bidders will get access to the existing database and all existing code, files, etc ... so that you can get a full picture on what is expected from you and adjust your offers if necessary. Deadline The job should be finished within 2-3 weeks at latest. Payment We will establish a ESCROW milestone payment installments, payments will be released after each task completion.
