Streaming Server

We are looking for a **ready to run** and **full source code** for Streaming Server and Client for mpeg 4 divx 5 encoded streams primarly and another payload formats as well.

The server should be able to stream from files recorded in hard disk and from in memory (uncompressed) samples, so needs to compress using the selected codec (in most of the cases will be divx).

The stream server need to work for intranet an internet.

An implementation that uses Directshow will be preferred, it should be developed in C++ 6 or Delphi 6-7.

If you have an ready to use solution to test please provide a demo.

If you have expertise in this kind of development and you can provide a solution in a week please provide a list of past works, and post a bid if you are sure you will have an solution in the next few days (we say a week).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
