The scope of this project requires a single web page and processing consisting of survey questions. The page will then be integrated into an existing website.
## Deliverables
**Technology requirements: ** The page shall be written using c# and ASP.NET MVC 3. The razor view engine shall be utilized for the .cshtml view pages. The data model shall utilize the entity frame and must be able to be integrated into an already existing edmx file. The view pages shall be tied to strongly typed data utilizing the viewmodel pattern. The database shall use MSSQL 2008. The bidder shall provide a create script for the table(s) to be added. The bidder shall have extensive experience in ASP.net MVC 3 and the razor view engine.
The coder shall be responsible for the following:
? Create the database table(s) and populating them with data to support form fields utilizing MSSQL 2008.
? Create a data model using the entity framework.
? Create the controller to support displaying and processing the form
? Create the a strongly typed ViewModel
? Create the view using the Razor engine
? Create style sheet necessary to show survey form properly
? Populate all drop downs/radios/checkboxes with the options specified in the form.
