Prestashop Expert Needed

Please read POINT # 13 and #14 FIRST !!!

I need a script (PHP, Mysql Ajax) that will run as a MODULE in Prestashop (versions from 1.4.0 to 1.4.7, both AJAX and non AJAX enabled cart) that should interfere with the shopping process, as follows:

1) a potential customer adds a product to shopping cart

2) most of the customers that add something to cart have the tendency to abandon the cart and leave the shop

3) when the customer wants to leave the shop, and wishes to close the browser's page, or when he hits the BACK button in his browser and he is one step away for leaving the URL of the shop, he must be prevented to close the browser / or leave the site URL by the appearance of a light box (similar to those used for presenting the big version of product's picture) which should be full size of customer screen.

4) the light box will have a text in it (that text must be allowed to be modified in Back-office of the module by the admin of site), 2 buttons (presented at point 5), and must contain the name of products the client added to cart, as well as the cost of every product, the curier price and a total of these prices.

5) the light box will give the customer 2 options: a) STAY ON PAGE b) LEAVE THE SITE ,options presented as buttons to be clicked on.

6) if customer chooses variant a) STAY ON PAGE, then the light box must dissappear and the customer should view the shop

7) if customer chooses variant b) LEAVE THE SITE , then the light box must act as presented at point 8 of this desciption

8) if the customer chooses click on LEAVE THE SITE button , the light box must change its content and this time must contain an input form (2 fields) , a text (that text must also be allowed to be changed from backoffice by admin ), a SEND button and an I STILL WANT TO LEAVE button. The leaving client is being asked to input his/her email address and his name.

9) if the client agrees to leave his name/his email address and presses the SEND button, the form should write that information (name, email, content of shopping cart and the coresponding sum of money) to the appropiate Prestashop Database fields, from where they can be used by the CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP module that is built-in inside Prestashop, to send emails to the leaving clients.

10) if the customer clicks on I STILL WANT TO LEAVE button, then the light box should dissapear and the customer is free to leave the site.

11) The final test before payment will be made by sending emails from CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP module, using emails collected via this script I want to be developed.

12) I want this script to function in Internet Explorer v. 7 and above, Firefox v. 3.6 and above, Chrome v. 15 and above, and Opera last version)

13) I will not pay more than 200 euro for this. Any bidder who will bid more will not be taken into consideration. This script is easy money for any experienced Prestashop developer. I do not want to get involved with beginners !!!!

14) I need this script up and running (and TESTED to work properly) in no more than 10 working days from the day of choosing the winner of the bid.

15) The winning bidder wil sign a NDA (non disclosure agreement) provided by me , stating that he and or his company will not sell, borrow, lend or otherwise use the source code of this script anymore in the future, without my knowleage and my written approval.
