The user of this website / mobile site will those who want to send one or group / bulk text messaging. It should work with contacts and groups in e mails as well as face book. This project is for those who have already done similar projects. You must provide links to the actual real websites or mobile apps that you know how to make or have already made. We prefer to use multiple gateways with cheapest prices. For example: [login to view URL] or twilio or any better. One can choose which one based on a criteria eg cheapest or fastest or a combination etc etc. You can do this project in php or Java. Let us know what would you and exactly what you can deliver in how much amount / time. If you have never done this kind of work then please do not bid. If you can not provide link to an existing app or website then no need to bid. Once again, provide examples of actual apps or websites.
