Hi. We have a lot of experience in crawling large data sets. Currently we have implemented a web tool which allow you write crawlers using some web based interface, similar to scrapinghub. The interesting part is that we can sell the product and install if on your preferred server and you can write as many crawlers as you like. Or if you want we can write them for you and agree on price per website. It's hard to say how much will it take for one site. There are sites which have lots of restrictions and it's painful to crawl it. So, we are looking for professional relation here.
