I'm very strong understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript. I've got good experience with PHP and MySQL making database calls as well. Plan to Complete: I would start by querying the database through a AJAX/PHP implementation and populate the first select box, and then populate each succeeding select box, based on the user input.
