Photographic Team for Cut Outs / Focus Stacking / Re-touching

We have a jewellery platform that has products sourced from various suppliers, the photographs are not all taken by the same person so some photographs require more work than others.
I am looking to work with a team that can
- Cut out images,
- Undertake focus stacking
- Re-touching / editing
The 2 most important things are
- Housekeeping - All images are uploaded to PhotoShelter our DAM - in the right folders without duplicates
- If it is a team - Ideally I want 1 person assigned to the role and if we have a project where we have a lot of images other team members can support, but each image is validated by the lead person.
In the past we had a team, that were good but not great. Housekeeping wasn't done and the standard between cut out varied greatly.
Attached is 4 example of the kind of products we would want cut out, our work flow would be as follows
Original images are shared in Photoshelter
High Resolution cut outs are done and saved (to be used for print media)
Web Optimized images are created to specific criteria and saved as web optimized ready to be used on the website.
Looking for a long term relationship. The initial project will be specified and run on fixed time and fixed cost so I am not interested in quotes right now, just finding the right team.
