Children book illustrations

Hello, I am wanting 14 illustrations for a children's story to be created. An example of the style I am wanting can be obtained by looking at the attached file named "workquality_sample". This is a design already completed for the project, therefore the chosen illustrator must be able to match this example illustration in quality, colour and shading techniques. What I would like: I have added a sketch file of one of the pages that will need to be completed for this project as an example of what the successful illustrator will be working with (illustration_sample). To increase your chances of getting this project, it would be advantageous for you to showcase your skills by using this sketch and creating an example of your colour and shading techniques. All submissions can be compressed copies onto the website. This only needs to be a mock design to showcase that you can match the working quality example, it doesn't need to be fully complete. Colour selection and texture shading is what I will be looking for! Alternatively, you can provide art work you have already created to illustrate your style, technique and skills. What the successful illustrator will be doing: The successful illustrator will be creating 14 illustrations (27.42 cm * 21.34cm) at 150 dpi resolution. All illustrations, once completed will be sent to myself via .psd or .ai with all layers visible. Each illustration must be approved by myself that it is complete otherwise a revision of art may be required. How can I help you: I will be providing the illustrator with sketches that will closely match the design I am wishing to see complete. Therefore, a lot of thought into the design, composition and styles have already been developed. I also work closely to try and help to get a project completed. Therefore if there are any issues, concerns, recommendations or anything else you will need to talk to me about, I am more than often able to answer within the same day. This should allow you to be efficient in completing the project. Disclaimer** Please read.
