Hi, my name is Alex and I love your idea of a tree, I've painted so many trees (bonsai too), I usually go with acrylics because they dry like plastic and hold their color for a long time. Acrylics are also long lasting. Then I finish up with some airbrushing to give it a soft, haunting feel. I do apologize for the relatively high bid but the projects I'm working on are paying that right now, I'd have to bump someone. The size is very large so I expect lots of detail like knots and twists in the grain, which is what I specialize in, so I'm expecting at least 10 days, however if that's not the case I am negotiable ;) Also, are you providing the diptyque canvases that are gessoed already?
