Me surgen dudas sobre si hay backend con las distintas colecciones. Si no lo hay, te propongo usar un CMS como Strapi, desarrollado en Node.js. He trabajado en funcionalidades similares a las que mencionas y, aunque se utilice un dashboard (Vista de taller), un CMS facilita la generación de APIs y colecciones, además de ofrecer herramientas avanzadas para super admins. Si hay backend, noto que faltan funcionalidades clave que requieren experiencia para implementarlas correctamente. Cuento con 3 años de experiencia en software factories y 1 año como freelance.
