I would need a futsal reservation system.
Login for the system is required. Super-user enable to access to both admin and employee page, admin for admin page to do make reservation, employee enable to access to employee page only for viewing reservation and make check-out for sales. super-user enable to set login permission (admin, employee).
Client book court via phone to admin, admin will check the availability time and price rate from the system, pending payment will be make for the reservation at first. After client made the deposit payment, a confirmation payment will be make with admin again. Colour changing on slot for reservation time table update each stage made.
Employee page will have a check-in session to show balance charges for the reservation, calculation total amount for check-out session where employee enable to add additional charges (Item charge) for the total amount. Receipt print for receipt mechine embeded.
Sales report enable to track back previous sales record, generate daily, weekly, monthly sales report, and print function enable.
