Website cpanel billing and statistics addon

We have a e-commerce website, that we would like to add-on billing and statistics upgrades. Billing We would like to be able toat the cpanel, Bill are clients a percentage amount per sale, that percentage amount will be set at the cpanel. We would have to know at the cpanel what clients have sold items. The billing process should be automatically done per items client and the total should be every thirty days submitted to the dealer from the automatic total to the seller from the cpanel who submits the total automaticic percent BN of sales to the seller. We already have subscription but would like to be able to switch from subscription billing to this new feature from the cpanel by selecting one of the two billing methods, the billing will be set to one billing method globally when selecting billing method from cpanel. Statistics We would like to have a world region chart showing number of clients per region, sales per region, new subscribers per month. Two chats one for buyers other for sellers, in graph format. It can be implementation or third party addon. Please only bid if you're able to as a team complete all tasks.
