Convert PHP/Mysql Website to Symphony PHP framework - URGENT WORK

Convert or can I say C L O N E our current PHP website to latest Symphony framework utilising Doctrine, Mongo DB and Elastic Search. 99% of source code is available in current site. Uses a few open source plugins throughout and can be used again. This website is a property search portal. Backend Admin Panel is from modified wordpress plugin. Whatever code can be re-used with Symphony is fine, however the look and feel has to be exactly the same on mobile tablet and desktop platforms. 1. Some small modifications required from original site and TBA . 2. Some mysql tables need to be converted to Mongo DB, rest of database stays as mysql working through Doctrine unless we convert all tables (TBA).? 3. Elastic search needs to be implemented for fast search capability. 4. Site is currently on latest Bootstrap technology and works on mobile tablet and desktop, therefore we need the same functionality. 5. Security on site has to be optimised at highest level. 6. Speed on site has to be optimised for the highest performance. BEST PRACTICES NEED TO BE ADHERED TO that fit the philosophy of the framework as envisioned by its original creators.
