I need help creating a table structure for a database I'm creating. I don't need it built; simply I need to know which tables I need and how to link them most efficiently.
The purpose of the database is to create custom workouts for users of my website.
The user specifies the equipment they have access to (dumbbells, barbells, etc.), then the system creates a workout using only exercises that can be done with the equipment the user has selected.
So here are the tables I know I need:
user data that shows the equipment options they have
exercise data that shows what equipment is required for the exercise along with other information like category and a link to a video
workout data that creates the workouts for each user
Where I'm stuck is connecting the dots. Do I need additional tables to relate the three or is there a way to do it with just those?
I'm sure there is a very simple solution, I'm just not familiar enough with relational databases to figure it out.

I have a solution for your project. You don't need to create new table. I have experiences in database design. If you hire me, I will complete perfectly within 1~2 hours.
