Create Windows Based Standalone Automatic Stock trading software, with database -- 3

overview: autonomous standalone software operating in windows environment. software will use at least 5 independent indicators to any given stock/cryptocurrency to analyze a chart on multiple time scales to predict the movement and execute user defined autonomous trades. BUDGET FOR THIS PROJECT IS UP TO $750. PLEASE DO NOT BID WITH ANY AMOUNT OVER $750, YOUR BID WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED. 1. Create windows based standalone software with its own database. 2. software will use api to connect to an online exchange/broker. ( for this part of the project, must integrate only 1 exchange/broker) 3. Database must be able to store at least 1 year of data for analysis. 4. software must be coded to find optimal match per user given parameters for each of the following indicators: - Elliot wave - Fabiocci - Rsi - Macd - volatality index - Ichimoku Clouds -Stoch. RSI each indicator must have at least 5, but probably 10 conditions that must be met in order to have a match for an indicator. Each indicator will be ran for 5min, 10min, 15min, 30min, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, 1 day, 7 day time frames. Each indicator that is x% match (set by user) will be displayed on a chart, and a list below showing % match and an indication of the stock. 5. Based on user set parameter (example: at least 3 indicator on at least 2 timeframes match) user will define # of trades, Size of each trade and exit strategy(optional) . 6. Front end of the software should be user friendly with graphical interface. 1st section should be a graph, like you find with most brokerages that has live and historical data. also all indicators should be graphed and visualized in this section per user selection. 2nd area should be chart of all indicators with statistical information and color coded to which indicators are currently in play. 3rd section should be manual order execution. 4th: automatic order execution parameters and all current open orders. 5th: all history of orders. 6th profit/loss calculator. 8. This software should be able to execute orders not slower than .05 ms 7. this would be a long term relationship with potential of expanding this software to a much larger scale. Notes: programmer must be fluent in English and/or Russian payment will be in full upon 100% completion of the project with all given parameters. no partial payments. I will be available to answer any questions.
