Write an iPhone application like Tinder (But it will not be a dating app)

Looking for a developer to develop an iPhone app that has features similar to Tinder.
It will be preferable if you know how to develop the app through Ionic/Meteor/Cordova framework, so the app can be easily developed across all platform.
The app will be very similar to Tinder. It will be used to discover wineries around you using geo-location.
Here is the walk-through of the app.
1. User signs-up/logs-in using Facebook or Google.
2. Winery closest to the user will be shown with the option of "Pass" or "Favorite".
3. At the top navbar, there will be "Filter" at the top left, "Home" at the top, "Profile" at the top right".
4. When the user clicks on the winery image, the user is taken to the winery profile like Tinder profile.
5. On the winery profile, there will be "Business Hours", "Tasting Price", "Amenities", "Distance", "Call", "Direction", and "Instagram Photos".
6. If the user clicks on direction, Google Maps or whatever GPS the user has on the phone will be opened and navigate the user.
7. "Instagram Photos" will show photos of the wineries found on Instagram with the hashtag that corresponds with the winery's name. So if the winery name is "Freelance Winery", all photos with #Freelancewinery or #Freelancewine will be shown. The admin will have the option to choose which hashtags to use.
8. In the "Filter' section, whose button is located at the top left of the navbar, the user will have 5 options to select.
"Discovery Mode" - This will disable wineries that are closest to the user showing up first. Instead, any random winery will be shown. "
"Open Now", this option will show only wineries that are currently opened based on the winery's business hours".
"Complimentary Tasting", this option will show wineries that have free tasting fee.
"Food Available", this will show wineries that sell food on premise.
"Walk-In Only", will show wineries that do not require reservation.
9. On the "Profile" page, whose button is at the top-right, there will be user's profile picture, button for "Favorites" (shows wineries favorited by the user), "Club Member", shows wineries that the user is a club member of, and "CC Info", credit card along with shipping information.
10. If the user clicks on "Club Member", it will take the user to a page where it lists the wineries that the user is a club member of. When creating the winery profile, admin should be able to create different types of club membership since there are many types of club memberships. 11. The user will have the ability to add club membership or sign-up.
12. The user is free to "Add" club membership. However, to "Sign-Up" for the club membership, Credit card information and shipping information will be required.

Once again, it would be great if you can develop this through Ionic/Meteor/Cordova platform so it can be easily developed for iPhone, Android, and Desktop. But it's not required.
