Write an iPhone application

Hello, we looking forward to creating a geolocation app, for events in a city. User can browse events in categories list, calendar, or real time on map. User will be notified when event starts near him / her. Specifically the project involves: ADMIN PANEL Design + ADMIN PANEL code + WEB API + iPhone App Design + iPhone App code Good communication and feedback for all stages of development are necessary. We are looking for a developer for the creation of an event listing app for iOS that is focused on offering a platform of visibility to independent art events taking place in the city. By organising information in a way that offers easy acess to time, location and context, we wish to offer the user a practical, immersive and integrated interface with the local art scene. In addition, the application will allow users easy and fast access to other useful information that aid in navigating the city by listing a series of hostels, hotels, bars, restaurants, art galleries and other local buisnesses of interest to visitors to the city. The user can select nearby events and with the "Take me there" button activate GPS for directions to the Event's location. The user can, however, still view a comprehensive list of events featured by clicking the correct button on the main menu. User experience: The application experience curates content, navigation, and functionality to help the user quickly achieve their goal of discovering events near them. The experience is actionable, glanceable, and easily accessible. -Navigation Users will have a date-to-date map on their mobile devices to navigate and find information on independent art events around them, and browse a range of venues and events. GPS geolocation allows mapping features to provide directions and help users navigate to selected location with “take me there” function. Users can choose between using the map or list to find out what’s around user's current location. User can browse events in categories list (sidebanner), calendar (sidebanner), or real time on map. Additionally, user will receive a notification when an event starts near him / her, or choose to highlight upcoming events and thereby receive notifications leading up to the event, and build a list of events he / she would be interested to attend. On the live map interface user can apply filters to the distance, date via the calendar and/or category of listing. -Broadcasting The application further engages users with push notifications and banner messages with relevant information that provide an immediate avenue of communication, and can deep-link to external pages, for quick access to relevant information. Additionally a message board feature allows user to connect to other users. -Commercial Users can find and rate local businesses of interest that are listed on the app (bars, galleries, restaurants) Administration: From ADMIN PANEL administrator is able to create, edit, delete categories and can create listing (event or local buisness entry) While creating listing, administrator can choose category of listing and can upload event image and text. Administrator can choose date for the event, and then set location of event on map. Users of the application can also submit events, but these have to be approved by Admin before listing becomes public. We are looking forward to receiving your bids and working with you!
