Mobile App for Business Company phonegap adobe air IOS Android Win With nice graphic

I need a nice looking and very high speed app that loads with nice splash screen and has nice icons and animations and functionality to represent small business or small company . app must work at android and iPhone and will be plus if its gonna work on win and blackberry .... app must contains (splash screen, notifications , local data storage , animation , notification, vibration, if has a back-end will be great , social integration and social login , nice menu and RTL support with option to add multi languages,app could have real time chat, parse integration , and other integration that makes the app looks useful and functional . i love apps done using adobe air and starling . but if you have an app done via phonegap /Dreamweaver or any other its not a problem if its a really good application. please dont send me 100's apps in one list also please don't send me bad looking app as an example and say i can do it simply i will ignore your bid if you are professional, you should read my project description and reply with good text and nice example app to win it . those who use auto bidding tools will be simply ignored .
