I have a high-level description for a new mobile app.  Critical general req. Is: Userfriendly, basic, online and printable  It is called Datingplan and basically a platform for easily creating a plan for dating containing: 1) Phases  2) Activities (list of activities in each phase) 3) Needs (list of needs under each activity ) and 4) Preferences (list of preferences under each activity)  Example  Lowfi exists done in Google excel docs. An evaluation column, turnoff column and comment column for each phase is in the example. Data extraction It is a function requirement that the app can extract a neat but structural status overview upon users request With info about 1) how much or requirements/ preferences in % is fully met, partly met, not met/critical (labels not final yet) 2) this info also shown as diagrams and pie (diagrams not final).  3. Also an editable by me (owner) a text field explaining vision, litterature and manual. Of course also field with support info.  4. Also comments to be extracted I work within IT as project manager for infrastructure and sw development, closely with developers, both local and global. Familiar with development lifecycle.  1) looking for programmer to design, built test and rollout. In all ll phadds I want we work tightly with short intervals.  Please clarify the procedure to get app into different shops (Google and iPhone maybe windows). Highlevel project price then detailed price is needed.
