IOS and ANDROID Compatible Seeking to hire a programmer to create a unified tool that allows our business to create customized electronic waiver documents to be signed, collected and stored safely. We currently have piles of papers and misplaced forms. Similar to the Waiver-Forever app on the Apple App store, we are seeking a digital tool to get us organized. We want an all-electronic, fully customizable waiver document. We want to create customized documents tailored to our business (could have multiple different waivers to import into the system) as we have different agreements, waivers and indemnity forms. We want to collect customer's personal information, including signatures, addresses, phone numbers and emails. We will need to be able to upload the files when connected to WIFI for permanent storage into an Excel spreadsheet on our cloud or local computer, but also be able to store on the device. Since we have multiple devices in multiple places, each device should be able to hold the information and also be able to export to our dropbox account. Like Waiverforever, we need virtual organization of our waiver documents. We need to stay clutter-free by having all signed waivers saved and collated in one place and exportable to a spreadsheet. Later, be able to search for and retrieve a needed document immediately. We need to instantly find any waiver stored by searching. We should be able to immediately locate signed waiver forms by searching for the customer's name, or filtering by a specific date or location. Automatic email sends the signed document to the signees so everyone has a copy. Also, be able to attach a note, say thank you, include a few links, and customize the email as needed. Mobile device signatures are required, for both IOS and Android. The reason we aren't using Waiverforever or another existing app is that we don't want to pay for signed waivers. We want to create our own system to use as many times (unlimited) without charge.
