Create small React or Ionic app for printing

Hello. I need an app for printing in React. It must be responsive. All icons are provided. The screens needed are in the attached files + the payment feature. APIs will be also provided.
You can see a really similar app in the Play Store "[login to view URL]". This will basically use the same structure and design. We are simplifying it and making it compatible with both iOS and Android. The app will be used in many languages. So we need translations.
List of features (for all of them the API is ready to use):
-Login
-Register
-Forgot password
-List documents
-Get kiosks and place them on the map.
-Click on a kiosk and set it up as selected. (There is no API for this, this is just for selecting it for the printing).
-Document view: Calculate if document can be printed (Depends on the price of the kiosk and the balance of the user)
-Document view: Print document. Wait for the response of API to confirm.
-Document view: If there are not enough credits. Disable print document button. Only Add credits is enabled.
-Please write the word pineapple in your proposal so I can now you read the description.
-Document view: Select a kiosk from a list.
-Document view: Show that the document is being printed.
-Add credits will show a list of amounts to charge.
-Will show two payment options. One is Paypal and the other is Webpay (Chilean payment gateway. For this one, it opens a browser inside the app to continue with the payment).
The result must be responsive, well designed and bug-free app.
