Hello, I would really love working on this app. The major reason not being the actual work, but the concept of helping out depressed people. As, i have few people in my life that suffer from that so it makes me take special interest in this. Its not easy to build, as it has server functionality, it has client apps, and it has chat as well. It is very useful to find someone who he is smiliar to you or go to somewhere with you and so on . . . Regarding to framework to cross platfroms if you want both android and ios, we can negotiate hybrid like react native or ionic to save the money and time And there should be our own server vps like aws or gcp and so on I recommend node or python to build backend.
