I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I’m looking for someone that can build both Android and iOS apps. This is a simple, basic voting app, but uses face recognition to give the voter a number (just serial, starting with 001 for the first person). This will prevent people voting twice. Once a number is assigned to a voter, the next page they see is the voting page and that’s all.

I have built a face recognition system that has registration through name and have it recognize after the face is read. I can send you a demo if you are interested. I can re-build it to have a port version in android and ios. Currently it's in a web app.
