Write an iPhone application

I am looking to build a basic app for my real estate agent... The app would allow prospective buyer, along with assistance from their real estate agent to make an offer(s) on listings held by my office. There is already a Listing Agreement that real estate agents can use. The App would speed up the process, and ideally allow for faster acceptance of their offer, as well as faster rejections of their offer. The App would same time for all parties involved in the transaction. Initially used by the seller and their real estate agent as they complete a Listing Agreement Then used by the buyer and their real estate agent, when making an offer to purchase​ Seller discloses most, but not all of the terms under which they would accept an offer for the sale of their home (1) Seller fills out the "app" as the Seller (2) Buyer makes an offer to purchase based on the terms offered by the Seller (3) If there is agreement, the house is sold Basically I need a word document that can be completed initially by the seller which will outline the terms under which they would accept an Offer to Purchase the home. The buyer completes the rest of the app. Most of the terms of the sale are disclosed by the seller. The buyer will then either accept, reject or counter the initial terms of the sale. The one obvious item the seller does not disclose is the price they will accept for their home. The seller will have a range under which they will accept the offer. For example, the home is listed for $125,000 USD. The seller will accept as low as $115,000 USD. The app is built to allow the price to fall within a specific range. If the buyer completes the app and their offer is within the range, the offer is accepted. If the offer is at a price lower than the seller is willing to accept, their offer is rejected. Either way, the offer is usually accepted or rejected instantly. Please let me know what other questions you have.
