I need someone to create a few custom meals /meal plans four our new "Fit in 90 days program". You will have to document your skills as a nutritionist.
I am thinking 3 breakfasts, 3 snacks, 3 lunches, 3 dinners to include in a new fitness site.
The Meal plans have to include Total calories, amount of all ingredients using the metric system, a few pictures on the finished an prepaired food for display, Macronutrient values, and how to make it.
Example:
Overnight Oats

1 dl greek yogurt
1 dl rolled oats
1.5 dl cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon chia seed
1 teaspoon flax seed
1 teaspoon maple syrup, stevia, or other artificial sweetener.
Mix all incredients together in a small bowl, and place coverd in a sheet of plastic film in the fridge over night.
Enjoy with some fresh banana slices on top.
Total Calories 225 kcal
Macronutrients: Fat 6g, Carbohydrates: 19g, Protein 19g.
