Hello, I am in Cincinnati, OH and have expert experience with MS Access. Please see my profile. I have actually created applications which sole purpose is to manage other MS Access applications so that developers can have version control, check in and check out the compiled files, etc. I have a lot of reusable VBA code that I can quickly add to any new DB and make it extremely nice! I think you will see from my Profile that I am a perfect fit for your project. I worked at Fidelity Investments for 15 years and started there Business Intelligence team which managed around 75 mission critical Access Databases for the firm. We categorized each and created a strategy whether that be to keep them as-is, upsize to SQL Server or Oracle, migrate to a web app, etc.
I can also provide you an example database which I recently created such has a complete data model, forms, reports, queries, and lots of vba code all authored by me.
Be aware that will probably get a lot of lowball offers, but I assure you they will not have the experience or reputation that I do. I rest easy that you do not want to risk this project on someone who only won the bid because they were the cheapest but not the best person for the job.
With this experience, I think we can be a perfect fit for each other.
