Hello sir, I think your are designing a full drive train for a vehicle. As your design consist of a brush-less motor direct drive on the rear wheel are possible and is the best suited method. i have 3 year experience in SOLIDWORKS and can perform the required FEA on ANSYS. As you are using a trailing arm suspension geometry a multi body dynamics is recommended, i can perform MBD on ADAMS as required. I have been a designer in my college project and participated in SAE BAJA consecutively for 3 year and have a good experience about manufacturing as well.
