I need to optimize my MATLAB code. My code is running but it's extremely slow. I am creating a function within MATLAB and then evaluating the Hessian of such function. I used nested for loops which I know are very inefficient, but I am not allowed to use the SYMS toolkit.

I have done my PhD research in reducing the time complexity in video coding in C++ and Matlab. I did this by skipping unnecessary computations and used some correlations for quick implementaion. I have 10 years experience in MATLAB.
