We need an engineer with practical, direct experience writing Audio Server Plugins and user-space drivers for macOS. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
If you have written Audio Server Plugins or worked with kernel extensions which are now deprecated, and converted them into DriverKit-based user space system extensions, this is right up your alley. Please tell us about what you have done in your application.
You should be familiar with the macOS HAL, Core Audio, and USB driver development. Experience working with Audio Server Plugins to enhance the behavior of USB Class-Compliant Audio devices would be a definite advantage.
Please be specific as to your experience as this is a role which will require direct expertise. You will be advising us as well as developing the Audio Server Plugin.
