Funky logo needed

Hello fellow designers:
I am in the process of starting my own consulting company. The purpose of the company will be to provide a host of services ranging from graphic design and web development to network management and everything else in between. More specifically, we will handle graphic design (obviously not logos), printing services, website development and management, IT consultation, small business and nonprofit IT management, and apparel graphic design.
The name of the company is SBG Concepts, (SBG stands for Short, Brown Girl). I am looking for a clean logo to use in print. A vector logo would be a big plus, but high resolution graphic would suffice.
The logo must have the following attributes:
• The name of the company, SBG Concepts, must be prominently displayed.
• The initials, SBG, should be the primary focus.
• The design must incorporate two colors (HEX #FEC0FF – Pink-ish lavender and HEX #723439 – Brown with a pink undertone)
While this is not a requirement, I would give preference to any bids for designs that incorporate a "short brown girl" in the design. The "short brown girl" should be in silhouette and should have an afro or afro puffs. The basic style should have a retro-feel to it. For font ideas, check out the fonts available here at DAFont.com.
