I want you to write steps of terminal commands to install MPTCP Ubuntu-mate 18. I have Ubuntu-mate 18 and I want to install mptcp from the git source as described in this link [login to view URL] I followed all the steps. However, I am not sure how to do this step based on Ubuntu-mate "Compile, install and reboot your kernel, as it is recommended by your distribution."

Sir, I'm thomas, a 26 years old that graduated back in 2012. Since my teenage, I've had a passion for Linux (Debian) as well as programming languages. I am now System administrator (mainly Debian) @ a small scale French ISP. Therefore, I'll be able to follow-through the guide even if it doesn't seem to be aimed at Ubuntu. Recompiling kernel may not be necessary, we will see. If it needs to be done, there's no problem ,I've done that multiple times back in the days I was using Gentoo Linux. Can you please PM me ?
