Proxy Config to reverse proxy traffic to new domain, AND change part of the path.vHaproxy or Nginx

Please look at the attached image, it has all the same info as the following words. I have a new Ubuntu 20 server on lightsail we can use for testing. I will provide details for the server, along with the actual provider URL's. The proxy ROTATES connections from clients through multiple iptv subscription accounts (by changing the username /password in the requested URL) When a 'client' or 'user' requests [login to view URL] the proxy (regex?) removes and replaces the client's supplied username and password with ones from a list in the proxy configuration. New incoming user client connections are proxied through the next IPTV provider URL on the list. The list should recycle, going to back to the top after it has reached the bottom. Client side users will each being using their own username and password.
