Need Vultr VPS Server Management Expert Professional

We recently hired one professional from here and he did a good job of making [login to view URL] server ready by creating new Server Instance in the cloud and by transferring all our sites from SiteGround to Vultr and making all the website ready from New server. All the website are loading very fast which was my primary reason to shift to vultr. Exchanged 5 Star Reviews. Completed! Only thing, which was not done correctly was Mail Server Configuartion settings. Few of my impoprtant websites uses Google G Suite Mail server and few of the lower end websites uses Local Mail Server for receiving and sending mails. Problem is that, the hired Freelancer told me that it is not logically possible to use both Google Mail and Local Mail in "one" Server and I am shocked listening this. So for Google Based Websites, he is using CloudFlare for DNS services and for Non-Google based websites he is using one of my Free Domain Name in GoDaddy which I have not used for any websites yet. So all non-google Websites NS1 and NS2 is being pointed to this free domain name is godaddy and rest Google Based Websites NS1 and NS2 pointed to CloudFlare DNS. This solution works but the new problem is that, we are not receiving and mails which is being sent from all of our website Contact Us or any other web based Forms??? So its a total mess now. I want a super Fast Server configuration so that all Sites download very fast and a Running Mail Server which both Google Mail and Local Mail can utilized. If anyone here help me to fix this, I can hire him for long term asignments but the candidate need to prove his efficiency first.
