LAN issues - Need to verify that this is a Switch problem !

We have an important issue here at office with our LAN. We get pings off, some internet cuts and other small issues that become unstable our internet conection. Since we have a NAS, 2 Gigabit switches, a router, 1.000MBPS symmetric connection with optic fiber and fixed IP address and we're getting backups from our OnLine servers and so, we have unstable connection right now. Probably, problem is with our main gigabit switch, but need to verify and identify the issue, maybe is from our synology DS1512+ NAS ... maybe not. See screenshots to understand. Aleatory ping and other issues. Please, very skilled gurus in networking ! I'll start by narrowing down the issue, for example. If you are getting a consistent ping to your NAS, then the problem is your internet, if you are getting inconsistent pings to both internet and NAS then there's something causing a broadcast storm, bad network cable, the fiber connection between the switch or most likely the switch. I can definitely troubleshoot for you. I also speak Spanish.

Buenas noches, obviamente por razones de seguridad no podes mostrar el diagrama de red, pero leyendo entre lineas lo que comentas, que luego de incorporar un nuevo elemento a tu red comenzaron los problemas, te recomiendo ver estos puntos. Congestion de los uplinks Duplicacion de IP Loops (tanto fisicos como logicos) Activa STP en todos los puertos (incluido los de uplinks) para descartar que tengas algun puerto mal configurado. Si tenes armado un cluster, stack, vrrp o cualquier topologia de Alta Disponibilidad similar, fijate que el estado de salud entre los miembros de ese "cluster" sea correcto, no seria la primera vez que veo que 2 miembros de un stack se dejan de ver entre si y ambos toman el rol de master, lo que te va a generar problemas similares a los que mostras en las capturas.
