Hello! We are searching for an experienced Resume and LinkedIn Profile writer.
This will be a stable opportunity for you to get constant work, as you will be working with all our future clients.
You will be communicating with our clients in order to write them both a resume and LinkedIn profile, as well as other additional items such as cover letters, thank you letters, etc…
Here is a summary of the full process you will go through every time we assign you a client:
1. We will give you a form filled out by the client that contains information on his or her work experience.
2. Based on the information provided, you will have a meeting with the client (via phone, Skype, or some other means of voice communication) to further clarify the client’s needs and experiences and obtain any additional information that you may need.
3. Using the above information, you will then write both a resume and a Linkedin profile for the client, as well as other services the client requested.
4. You will then send us your completed work so that we may review it and present it to the client.
5. Our policy offers our customers free revisions for up to 30 days, so if the client chooses to exercise that option, you will help the client revise the items you wrote for him or her.
6. Our policy also allows our customers to ask for their money back at any time before they receive their resume and LinkedIn profile. In our experience, this almost never happens, but in the rare case that it does, we reserve the option to cancel your job and collect back the payment we made to you, as we will not be receiving any money from the client ourselves. This is done to hold both you and us accountable to the highest quality of work and level of customer satisfaction.
Here are a few other key things we are looking for in you:
- English is your native language.
- You are available immediately (we already have a client in queue who needs a resume and LinkedIn profile written as soon as possible)
- You are familiar with ATS’s and keyword optimization.
- You have excellent communication and people skills. You will almost certainly have a phone call with every client, so being as professional and coherent as possible is very important to us. We have high standards for our customer satisfaction.
- You are constantly online and very responsive to messages. We need someone who will be available to work with a new client within 24 hours after we notify you.

- Your availability on a weekly basis and roughly how many clients you can handle each week.
- Examples of at least 2 resumes and 2 LinkedIn profiles you have written for clients in the past.

- How much you would like to charge for each client we have. As we mentioned above, for each client you have, you will have a phone call with the client, write both a resume and a LinkedIn profile for the client, and revise the resume for up to 30 days as desired by the client (there may be other additional items such as cover letters, thank you letters, etc… optionally requested by the client, but we can discuss these when the situation arises).
We understand that this may seem like a lot to ask for, but we are really looking for someone whom we can work with in the long run and who can hopefully deliver on many jobs to come.
