Pro Se Representing myself need to file motion

I am seeking an experienced attorney, or qualified paralegal, that is familiar with landlord and tenant law (specifically too Hawaii), I had an oral agreement to rent my home for a select rate, with utilities included, the landlords husband (party not privileged or involved in my oral rental agreement) was constantly and frequently harassing me, invading my private, and rented space, sending unsolicited text messages demanding monies not owed or entitled too. Landlord, filed unlawful 5 day notice to quit or vacate premises, Landlord refused to contact me or interact with me as required under Hawaii law to try to remedy the issue(s). They failed to act in good faith. Landlord, than unlawfully filed a lawsuit for summary possession violating the State law requiring 5 complete business days since service of the 5 day notice too quit. (A civil process violation) the lawsuits premature filing, resulted in an inability to respond quickly enough to the court, as of the following reasons, 1. ) Hawaii’s E-Kokuá e-filling system, was down and the staff members involved in ensuring their accuracy, allowing lawful access, failed to grant me such access in a timely manner to enable me to respond to the initial claim(s) thus, the judge entered into a default judgement. As such I am seeking the following specific tasks 1.) Legal Research Surrounding Hawaii & Landlord Tenant Law. 2.) Familiarity, Expertise, and the ability to accurately fill out the Legal documents required to file a motion, utilizing the details I will provide in my details should you be awarded the project. 3.) NDA will be required for this listing, due to its legally sensitive nature. 4.) My goal is to file a motion to set aside the default judgement, throw out the original petitioners case, and fill out the appropriate documents to respond with a demand for counter suit for unlawfully collected rental amounts, damages due to their negligence and abuse of civil process. 5.) Should a hearing be required, a motion drafted to request to appear by phone is also possible.
