I need researching how we can get the California Family Law Court to understand what happened is so wrong that it divested the court of jurisdiction to do it. Namely, allowing a person to get a divorce without any child custody ruling/judgement. There were at least two ways the judge could have done it. Postpone the hearing until the time qualified California as the home state; or grant a divorce but withhold the ruling on child support until the issue of child custody and visitation had been entered by a Philippine Court. See? Instead, the court did something that is NEVER done. It imposed child support without a child custody ruling. The result was International Parental Kidnapping. See? This can't be right and there must be something for the California Court to make things right. Also is the issue that ex-wife agreed to take care of child custody, so it was a lawful agreement between her and the court and you. But she violated it. That should provide the California court with jurisdiction. ONE WAY TO SOLVE IT WITH THE CALIFORNIA COURT IS TO VACATE ITS ORDER ON CHILD SUPPORT AND PREMISE IT ON THE CONDITION IT WILL BE REINSTATED ONCE CHILD CUSTODY IS SETTLED. But there can possibly be another way, whether the violation of the agreement as mentioned or that the Child Support Order is null and void as a California Court cannot order child support without determining child custody --plain and simple. YOUR JOB IS TO FIND WHICH ONE OF ANY OF THESE CAN WORK. THE REASON IT'S NOT EASY IS BECAUSE MOST COURTS ARE NEVER SO STUPID AS TO DO SOMETHING LIKE HAPPENED IN MY CASE. SO I NEED TO TRACK DOWN A CASE OR CASES OR EVEN STATUTES THAT SAY ONE MUST OCCUR WITH THE OTHER AND NOT SEPARATELY REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES. THE COURT GAVE HER EVERYTHING AND YOU NOTHING. HOW IS THAT FAIR? WHOSE FAULT IS IT?
