joomla template based on NANO theme and WARP engine

Joomla 3.1 template required based on yoo NANO theme and WARP engine. Must be properly coded, HTML5 / CSS3 compliant and fully tested. Must be fully responsive and completely mobile friendly. Must be cross browser compatible and backwards compatible Must not interfere with the WARP / Nano template update Must be fully supported as regards to bugs and similar issues. Please note: this is a corporate template and so must be pixel perfect as per enclosed instruction documents, backwards compatible, cross browser compatible and mobile friendly. Must be based on enclosed files Also enclosed file outlining corporate standards and detailing colours and fonts to be used (Helvetica Neue etc …) NOTE: The main site is run using a Nano derived template also. Some module positions are displayed the same across the entire site. (Toolbar l and r … and Footer / bottom positions) NOTES about enclosed files: Files include a used car search. This element is not required right now. Files included are not technologically up to date. Must be updated to modern standards - i.e.: HTML5 Video rather than the enclosed flash etc … Files include [login to view URL] page. This page is not required. Instead the range should be displayed on the homepage via a selector that is exactly the same as that on the [login to view URL] homepage. Please see [login to view URL] file for the required edit to the included homepage. The little cars on this selector will need to be changed from time to time and this should be straightforward to edit in the backend. The rollover effect is not required. Also need yoonano search module included on all pages in the same search position as it is on the main site. I can provide nano-template as required
