XoJo PayPal recurring payment webpage.

Job Description:
I do not need a full website. All I need is the code to be able to make webpages that allow someone to buy products via PayPal with recurring payments.
Xojo or Realbasic allows me to write webpages. And it can run Javascript. So there are two ways to get to what I need.
In Xojo, I can create a web application that has a button. That button needs to allow a user to buy a product with recurring payments, let's say $20 per month.
What I need is either the Xojo or Javascript code to allow a user to buy a product.
Let's say my paypal account is xxx at yyy.com. And the product is a monthly access to some product called WebAccess. And it's $20 per month.
I need the code so that when the button is pressed, a user goes to PayPal and can complete the transaction for:
xxx at [url removed, login to view],
WebAccess,
$20 per month.
I understand that the user can login to paypal and complete the transaction and even cancel the recurring payment from within paypal. But I need the code to submit the transaction.
Xojo code would be better, but as long as I can run the Javascript, that is fine also.
