Play Framework with Java and AngularJS Web App - 2

Need to develop a Play framework web app with Java, AngularJS and MySQL - should be cloud ready Partial codebase is ready on which work needs to be resumed. The codebase was a quick prototype with some features built in and needs to be resumed from it. Existing UI was developed in Scala Templates which needs to be migrated to AngularJS and continue building newer UI in AngularJS solely. Should be skilled to develop attractive frontend/styling/effects with CSS/JS/HTML5/AngularJS. Should be proficient with use of Java 8 features like lambdas and streams. Should know how to deploy Play framework app instances to AT LEAST one cloud platform such as Pivotal WS (Cloud Foundry), Heroku, Google Cloud, AWS / EC2. Please do not apply if you don't have minimum 2+ years experience in Play framework, AngularJS and Java 8. TASK 1 -- SIMPLE Create/View/Edit/Delete UI BASED OPERATIONS Create/View/Edit/Delete module Fields - id, module name Create/View/Edit/Delete campaign Fields - campaign_id, module id, campaign_name, campaign_description, campaign_date Create/View/Edit/Delete supplier Fields - supplier_id, supplier_name, supplier_email, company_name, declaration_scope, company_scope, company_unique_id, company_unique_authority_id, address, contact_name, contact_email, contact_phone, authorizer_name, authorizer_name, authorizer_phone, effective_date, username, password Create/View/Edit/Delete product Fields - product_id, product_name, product_description Dropdown to select supplier (multiselect) On submission - Add appropriate linkages Create/View/Edit/Delete part Fields - part_id, part_name, part_description Dropdown to select supplier (multiselect) Dropdown to select product (multiselect) On submission - Add appropriate linkages TASK 2 - 1. Send campaign emails (send email by pulling campaign data and attaching a questions excel sheet) 2. Receive campaign submission online (show up a page with questions pulled from the question tables and upon submission update appropriate tables) 3. Receive campaign submission offline (provide a page to upload the questions excel sheet and upon submission update appropriate tables)
