Edit Java Script on PDF to calculate Values

JavaScript , Adobe Acrobat Pro, value calculations in adobe acrobat PDF I need to enter a value into a pdf and end up with a few calculated results displayed in the pdf. example value 1 + value 2 = value 3 value 3 x value 4 = value 5 value 5 / 1000 = value 6 if value 6 is between 1-3 = x1.1 = value 7 if value 6 is between 4-7 = x1.5 = value 7 if value 6 is between 8-10 = x1.8 = value 7 value 7 - 200 = value 8 value 8 can not go below 300 if below 300 default to 300 value 7 x 1.4 = value 9 value 7 x 1.4 - 200= value 10 value 10 can not go below 300 if below 300 default to 300 if you can make this work in a pdf via java script let me know. this is the exact end result. I will need you to edit my pdf in order to get it to work. must document your steps in case i need to add to this later.
