Discord integration - Add user role based on valid Woocommerce Subscription, and filled discord profilefield.

Hello We are looking for a solution to automate some of our Discord "roles/rankings" based on user subscriptions paid with wordpress woocommerce.

An example of the feature could look like this:

Discord automatic Add Role

if woocommerce Membership is valid/active

Check user profile field for letters#digits --> _wc_memberships_profile_field_discordnavn

if _wc_memberships_profile_field_discordnavn contains letters#digits

add Discord user "letters#digits" role "Membership"

Discord automatic Remove Role

if woocommerce Membership is expired

Check user profile field for letters#digits --> _wc_memberships_profile_field_discordnavn

if _wc_memberships_profile_field_discordnavn contains letters#digits

remove Discord user "letters#digits" role "Membership"

We want these things to run for example every 5 minutes, to check if new users have entered their discord username on their website profile page.
