Ebay template software developer required! Example given!

Hi, We require a software developer who can develop a ebay template software which can basically allow clients to use and input their product description, images, and other information into the editor and then download the code so they can paste this in HTML part of ebay. We will create generic front end designs so the software can be compatible with all templates. Now, we are new to this and do not have much knowledge in how it should be created but we do know how we want this to function. We can show you examples of other exact softwares which allow clients to input their information into the software and then generate a code for them to use in ebay. Because of our limited knowledge, we need someone who is experienced in software development and who has knowledge in ebay. These two are complusory requirements. Those who have created such softwares will be contacted immediately. Just to be clear, this software, after clients input of information, will produce HTML code for ebay LISTING. These fields will be incoperated into a design we make for the client. Now, as this will produce ebay listing, we need the ebay listings to talk to the ebay shop (if clients have a ebay shop) and update product categories. So when client adds a category in their ebay shop, this should also be visible in the ebay listing.
