EntireJ Application Developer / Tester / Writer

I have written a new Application Development Software (EntireJ). EntireJ turns Java Rich Client development into a 4GL experience and comes with a configurable and extendable editor (written as an Eclipse Plugin). The applications written in EntireJ can access any type of database because of the Service Oriented approach and provides an Event Driven architecture for adding business logic into the application. I am looking for an experiences application developer that can download EntireJ and start writing applications. All bugs will need to be entered into a Redmine repository and features or support requests added to our Forums. The developer is also responsible for writing technical documentation and user guides for EntireJ. These can also be provided as Screen Casts and written documentation. The project is of a technical nature because Java is required to build a successful EntireJ application, however, focus is made upon -Testing - bug posting - Issue Requests - User Guide documentation Once the software has been tested, debugged, user guides are written, then a full marketing campaign will be launched and Software article will need to be written for magazines, press releases etc. I need a dynamic person that is able to work directly with myself with support and questions handled per Skype/Telephone etc. There is much to do with little documentation so an experienced individual is required.
