Java,Spring, Servlets ,XML Expert Needed

Please Read the post completely otherwise bid will not be considered Only Indiviuals – No Companies. We will work directly with programmer. We require an expert in Java, Spring & Servlets and must be very good in Oracle database. Experience in XML is a must. We are located in New Delhi and would prefer someone from New Delhi and but other experts from across the world can apply. But definitely those will be preferred who are delhi and if they can come to our office, that’s even better. Please send me your CV and show experience in above technologies as stated.
